Please Read!

Double-check that the address is correct

Please be sure to put the correct address on the information form at checkout. Double-check that the address is correct. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address due to, (You as the customer) entering an incorrect address at the time of checkout and payment gateway. There will be no return or compensation of financial funds (Money) if you put the wrong address on your checkout information form. If you find that you have entered the wrong information after sending it within the first hour, please contact, “Firepot Outdoor Living” at, ( 804-777-9241 ), and we will correct the error for you. We keep all shipping information at checkout to prove the information you input into the checkout and payment gateway form is the same as you entered it.

If the item is shipped to the wrong address and “Firepot Outdoor Living” is at fault, “Firepot Outdoor Living” will issue a full refund of your money or re-ship your item at no extra charge to you.

We do not provide refunds on orders or items due to the following.

Item was not what you expected
You don’t like the color
Item shipped to an incorrect address (Unless error was by the shipper or Firepot Outdoor Living).
You no longer want the item
item was Too big or too small
Item-Product is not cosmetically pleasing
On items or products not delivered or stolen. Contact shipping company (FedEx, United Parcel Service, USPS) for help in finding or replacing your item or product.

Full Returns

Full returns will be made when an item-product arrives broken, damaged, or shipped to an incorrect address by (Shipper or Firepot Outdoor Living).

You must return the item-product within 10 business days of delivery (Upon Delivery Notice)
You must provide photos or videos in an email of the packing slip and shipping slip
You must provide photos or videos in an email of the damage to the shipping box, item, and or product
(On products over $15.00) You must ship items back to the shipping address on the box, packing slip, shipping slip within 10 business days of receiving your item-product (Upon Delivery Notice)
(On products under $15.00) Please contact us by email at ( firepotodl@gmail.com ) or by phone at ( 804-777-9241 ). We will provide you with an address to send the item or product back. You must provide photos or videos in an email of the damage to the shipping box, item, and or product
The cost of shipping the items or product back will be refunded along with the cost of the purchased item or product upon receipt of items or products at the shipping address.
If the damage was due to the shipping company, (FedEx, United Parcel Service, USPS), please contact them for a refund of your property, item, product.
If you did not receive an item or product and it shows that the item or product was delivered by the shipping companies tracking invoice, please contact the shipping company, (FedEx, United Parcel Service, USPS) for help in finding or replacing your item or product.

Missing Parts

Please contact us on any missing parts. You may find it easier to get missing hardware at a hardware supply store for faster service (Nuts, Bolts, Washers, Screws). On major missing parts and if the item or product can’t function safely without the missing parts, please contact us. We may be able to have parts shipped to you at no extra charge. In some cases, you may get a partial refund or a full refund. Please notify us within 10 business days of delivery (Upon Delivery Notice) of missing parts by email or phone. Please provide photos, videos, of missing items by email.

Notice! It may take up to 30 days for a refund due to the time to ship the product back to the original shipping warehouse and to be inspected.
